These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Cuts by Amber The Store, operated by Cuts by Amber, a DBA of Red River Prairie Group LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Availability
Products, pricing, and availability may change without notice. An order is an offer to buy; we may accept, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including for pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected misuse, or inability to fulfill the order. If a paid order is cancelled before fulfillment, we will issue an appropriate refund through the original payment method.
Payments
Payments are processed by Square or another approved payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and authorize the stated order total, including applicable taxes, at checkout.
Product Information
We work to present product details accurately, but packaging, labeling, colors, ingredients, availability, and product images may vary. Review product labels and follow manufacturer directions. Stop using a product and seek appropriate advice if you experience an adverse reaction.
Pickup and Returns
Fulfillment is governed by our Pickup & Shipping Policy. Returns and refund requests are governed by our Returns Policy.
Website Use
You may not misuse the shop, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to disrupt ordering.
